Amy – “CP’s Countessamy”

Amy is a 64 lb female with over 120 races to her muzzle. She began her career at Orange Park, where she won her first maiden race! She slowly and carefully climbed the grades where her trainer noticed her late speed and moved her from the 550y distance the 659y distance. She again proved herself making it to A grade where she even had the opportunity to run in a stakes race! She had a wee vacation on her journey up to Wheeling Downs where she ran for trainer Barbara Long at the Steve M. Sarras Kennel. She eased back into racing and started in the short 330y distance before moving back to the 548y where she was a solid B/C racer. Amy retired after a few short 330y races, and now she is hoping for short foster care stay in finding her furever home!

Our goal is always the best match for both dog and family. Choosing a pet based on a photo and brief profile may not result in the ideal fit for your lifestyle and household. CFGA uses all available information on both dog and adopter(s) to create the best possible matches.
